* Mobile Yoga
Introduction: The Mobile Yoga course emphasizes the connection between movement and breathing. On the basis of reducing the difficulty of the style, it adds some excessive styles and exercises smooth and full of fluidity. # Detoxification Yoga

This phenomenon is likely to cause problems in many organs of the body, such as: flatulence, headache, and female menstrual pain. The skin becomes rough, etc., and the accumulation of cycles over time will make these problems worse and worse. Detox Yoga allows us to practice breathing, and with the body position method, the rhythm is bright, help us to promote blood circulation, accelerate lymphatic circulation and discharge old waste materials, in order to achieve the effect of detoxification in the morning.
