Weight Loss Exercise Class
This course aims to help you lose weight and keep fit by increasing your body's overall muscle mass, reducing body fat, boosting your body's metabolism and reallocating distribution of food energy.

Tuesday classes focus on cardio exercises to improve oxygen flow in your body
Saturday classes focus on increasing your body's overall muscle mass
Class size: 8-12 pupils
Class occurs twice per week
Classes include 30 minutes of stretching and 30 minutes of weight loss exercise.
Exercises will be assigned after every session
*Equipment will be provided
