Pain Relief Course
People living in urban city have a busy life, busy work, and long working hours. As a consequence, more and more people have various types of pain. In the face of long-term pain, it can be treated with soothing and stretching exercise. This course aims to use the 3R elements to improve the vicious circle of pain and bad posture, helping you to relax, coordinate, and reactivate!
