Madeleines Cake Class
This French dessert shell cake, also known as Madeleine. A successful Madeleine, after roasting, the belly is high and bulging, the size is even, the shell surface is slightly golden brown, and the taste is crispy, which make a full contrast with the soft inner cake. What we are doing today is the orange flavored Madeleine. After learning the basic Madeleine baking skills, you can convert recipe ingredients to make other flavors.
