Chestnut Roll Cream Cake Cooking Class

This roll cake is also known as “Swiss Swirl”, a type of sponge cake roll traditionally filled with cream. We gave it a perfect autumn touch adding chestnuts to give it a rich and almost nutty flavour, calling it Chestnut Cream Roll. 

The filling can also be diversified with fruits or other nuts,  making it a very versatile recipe and the perfect complement to any joyous occasion.
